PCFi Church Paphos Cyprus

Who we are

PCFi was founded in November 1996 as a ‘church in the home’. It grew and later moved to the Kissos Hotel (November 1997) where it continues to meet. Though the language used is English, it is desired that all nationalities will be found within its membership, attendees and leadership.

Its ‘style’ reflects its wide denominational roots and its Cypriot base. We hope all those attending on Sunday will be both relaxed and able to worship God in a way that is pleasing to Him. It is our desire to welcome resident and holiday maker alike into a thriving worshipping community. Shorts and T shirts are not unusual attire in this hot summer resort town.

Just after this, the opportunity arose to rent The Haven and to re-open it as our 'base' during the week. This happened for 3 years but has recently closed. We thank God for what The Haven achieved and look forward to new things that He promised.

As of late 2005, PCFi has planted a new church at Polis and hosts two Cypriot evangelical groups at The Haven. A Greek speaking Fellowship meets on Friday evenings with a Sunday service twice a month and an English speaking Cypriot Bible Study meets on Wednesday evenings.
