PCFI Vision - 5 year rolling vision for PCFI Church (march 2008 - march
2013)
Scripture: Rev 3:8
“See I have placed an open door that on one can shut. I know
that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not
denied my name.”
1. Keep a healthy Godly balance between Worship,
Well-being and Witness.
a.
Worship Jesus Christ as our lord and Savior
with all of our Spirit, Soul and body. A worshipful united church
including prayer and praise.
b.
Wellbeing, building up the saints and ensuring wholeness and
empowering them to fulfill the ministry that Christ has called them to!
Encourage and release the 5 fold ministry of Apostle, Prophet,
Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher including the gifts that Christ has
given the church’. To Disciple the church and House groups to
meet midweek.
c.
Witness, (Evangelism). To have a programme that encompasses
evangelism, itinerate preachers and out reach as necessary. 2.Continue
as a Member of the Evangelical Alliance and the affiliation of New
Covenant Ministries international.
3. Unity of the local churches and encourage other
church leaders to
joint the EA.
4. Encourage and bring healing to the body and, if
necessary, seek a churches together healing centre.
5. Pray and seek new church premises whether rented
or bought. Until then continue with services at the Kissos Hotel and
PCFI HQ.
6. Continue as necessary with Isaiah 58, visiting
and feeding the sick,
visiting hospitals and prisons.
7. Continue with the Philippine project,
“Education for life”, raising the necessary funds.
8. Youth and Children Pastor. Seek a youth and
children’s
pastor to further the work in Paphos. Liaise with George on island wide
youth work and encourage and take part as necessary.
9. Become a church without walls taking the church
to the people.
10. Improve and maintain the church web site
